Students rent out a house for their 2nd year at university, the house however has a terrifying past, 60 years ago 5 people were murdered by the crazy owner of the house in the garage and the one survivour is the grand mother of Charlie, one of the students.
Over the night in the house following the first night where they accidentally film stage happenings they start getting killed one by one until Charlie is revealed her past, realizes the murderer is back for revenge after her grandmother killed him all those years and must face the evil spirit and put an end to his rampage once and for all.
